Has timer setting cook two meals in one saves money food tastes great cooks food in a fraction of the time uses very little water 1/2 a pint or 250 mil of water to steam food you can cook all foods vegetable meats in one go no need for seperate pans and it has keep warm function so you can set timer cook food and it will keep it warm till you want to eat it for me it's a great tool fill set timer I come home hot food is eating for me all I have to do is dish up eat clean out refill for next day and food is cooked perfectly you can adjust cooking time for preferred level but o always use 14 mins but is ok on 12/13 as well-because it uses such a short cooking time it's good on electric use This is my personal findings you will have to make your own view but I would not be without it now I have bought 2 one does air frying to so I can cook anything 5 star review from me
